In India we can invest in equity funds as per Shariah principle. A fund’s share price called it Net Asset Value (NAV).

Investing in Real Estate is to help the diversification of your portfolio and reduce the risk of return. This is the traditional way to accumulate assets that have the potential to increase in value and generate income.There are many options to investment in Real Estate, you can buy land,home and rental properties.
The Risk And Return Relationship.All investment has some risk and without risk no return. The level of risk can be controlled with the help of proper research ,long term holding and portfolio diversification.
